Payment

We demand full payment in advance for any services we render, with the client being partly responsible for financing the tax.

Revision

Our 14-day time limit for revisions can also be extended in the case of exceptional circumstances.

The following categories apply to the turnaround time for revisions:

  • Revision turnaround time for projects that require 24 hours of urgency shall be 24 hours.
  • Projects requiring 24 to 48 hours of speed must have a 48-hour turnaround time for revisions.
  • Revision turnaround time shall be 72 hours for projects requiring more speed than 48 hours.

Conditions for a Project

Before starting the job, our Nexus Book Marketing have one-on-one conversations with each client to review the requirements. Then, based on our established terms and conditions at the beginning of the project, we make sure to transmit any differences caused in the services to you.

Refund Procedure

Your refund will be handled after the deduction of transactional charges, which are $150 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is smaller, as long as you request a full refund before submitting your Work.

After the purchase but before 90 calendar days have passed, no refunds will be issued.

Once the order is paid for, we do not automatically refund the services. Therefore, the client is not entitled to a refund for "Change of Mind," and Nexus Book Marketing are not required to offer one.

75% of the purchase price must be paid once your manuscript has been turned in but before design work starts (design work includes but is not limited to any formatting, editing, image arrangement, corrections, resizing, and pre-production)

50% of the purchase price once design work starts but before final approval.

No Refund will be made upon your final approval of the Work.

Within 7 days following the completion of your order, send us a refund request if you are unhappy with our services. We must offer a percentage-based refund upon your dissatisfaction with our many revision policies. However, refund requests must be submitted within the required window to satisfy both parties.

Terms of Use

The services offered by the company are included in the data provided by Nexus Book Marketing. It is not restricted, however; we make no additional recommendations or provide any certifications, warranties, or guarantees.

Our business severely disclaims all liability for any losses or damage resulting from careless mistakes made on this website.
